At a time when childhood is increasingly hurried, digitized, and disconnected from the natural world, our SunGate Microschool is choosing a different path—one that honors childhood, nurtures curiosity, and prepares children to become thoughtful leaders who can reshape the future.

Our microschool is not simply an alternative—it is a model for the future of education.

  • Movement, nature, and purposeful work fill our days. We hike, garden, farm, and care for the land.

  • Every day, children help prepare a warm, organic, home-cooked meal, nourishing both body and community.

Our families share values that protect childhood: healthy activity, no social media or cell phones, no processed food, and a commitment to a slower, more connected way of living.
